Our first case, Kansas City Primer Apartments v. Missouri Real Estate Commission went to trial in June of 2010. As this press release explains, we’ve asked the Missouri Supreme Court to rule that if free speech means anything, it means that the government cannot prohibit the communication of truthful, harmless information.
